The Director of Centro Ceramico, Prof. Maria Chiara Bignozzi, will be present at the event “The Italian ceramic industry and the government of uncertainty” which will take place in Sassuolo next Tuesday 06th June 2023 starting at 09.30 at the Confindustria Ceramica Auditorium.
The meeting aims to deep in the legal and technical aspects of each issue and to illustrate the possible solutions that can be adopted in judicial and contractual contexts.
The technical reports will focus on three themes:
1. the excessive cost occurred in the field of energy and raw materials, in the light of particular situations created on the market
2. building defects and state-of-the-art installation, also through an in-depth analysis of the responsibility of the various subjects in the field, and of the role played by the Preventive Technical Assessment
3. the appropriate organizational structures of enterprises, useful for the companies in order to promptly detect any economic imbalances and prevent damage.
