Bending strength tester
This instrument allows the determination of the modulus of rupture and breaking strength of ceramic tiles, according to the Standard EN ISO 10545-4.
The procedure involves the application of a force, with a preset increase of the load at the centre of the tile. The device is composed by a steel plate on which supporting cylindrical rods are placed. The central rod comes down causing an increase in the applied load, until failure of the sample.

- testing dimensions: from 18 × 18 mm up to 1200 × 1200 mm
- 1000 kg load chamber.
