Dimensions testing equipment for ceramic tiles
This instrument is used for determining the dimensions and surface quality of ceramic tiles, according to EN ISO 10545-2 (length/width, straightness of sides, rectangularity, surface flatness: centre curvature, edge curvature and warpage).
The measurements are carried out by comparison with an appropriate standard plate.

- testing dimensions: from 100 x 100 mm up to 1200 x 1200 mm.

Determination of the dimensional characteristics and surface quality of ceramic tiles: length/width; straightness of sides; rectangularity; the surface flatness measurements (centre curvature, edge curvature and warpage) are applicable to sizes up to 600 x 600 mm.
The tests can be carried out according to the Standards EN ISO 10545-2, ASTM C 485, ASTM C 499, ASTM C 502, EN 14617-16.
