Gloss meter
The measure of gloss value is carried out by gloss meter: the importance of this determination is proved by the wide range of International Standards for the standardisation of test conditions.
Technical features of the instrument
Centro Ceramico is equipped with portable glossmeter series ZGM 1022, Zehntner (CH), with the following technical features:
- measuring range: from 0 to 99 gloss
- measuring accuracy: ± 1%
- light source: halogen lamp, standard illuminant A
- 2 interchangeable mini-measuring heads 20° and 60°, suitable for both flat and curved surfaces
- reference Standards: ISO 2813, ISO 7668, EN 12373-11, EN 13523, EN ISO 2813, ASTM C 346, ASTM D 523, ASTM D 1223, ASTM D 2457, DIN EN ISO 2813, DIN 54502, DIN 67530, JIS Z 8741, ECCA-T2 and TAPPI.
