• EU Project REMEB – Partners choose Ceramic Centre for the annual meeting

EU Project REMEB

On October 6 and 7, 2016 Partners of EU Project REMEB gathered at Ceramic Centre for the annual meeting. The Consortium compared the technical and management aspects necessary to the implementation of Ceramic MBR based on agro-industrial waste. The different leaders of WP presented the results obtained so far and set the stage for future action by rigorously analyzing the strengths of work done, and at the same time the critical points highlighted in these months of hard-working activities.
At ITC (E) the formulation of the mix to be used for industrial production is optimizing, after the prototype of a ceramic bioreactor was obtained on the pilot scale. Meanwhile, Ceramic Centre (I) and SAM (TR) are trying to replicate the composition using agri-food waste available on their territories.

Information about the Project, which has a total budget of 2,361,622.50 Euro, funded by the EU in the framework of Horizon 2020 Programme, are available at the website www.remeb-h2020.com
